Sandra, Tim and I wanted to tell you what a pleasure it has been working with you.  You were so patient and accommodating through our search for the right home for us in the Black Hills.  It was obvious to us that you had really listened to what we were looking for in a second home, and that certainly made our search easier.  We expected to make several trips back to South Dakota but were delighted to find the right residence in just one trip thanks to your careful preplanning.  All of you at Keene Team Realtors provided sound advice without pressuring us to make a decision.  Your extra effort Sandra in making sure the final details were taken care of at the residence prior to closing was so very much appreciated.  We would highly recommend you and your Keene team to anyone who is looking for a home in the Black Hills.  Many thanks and I hope we will have the opportunity to work with you again.
