Testimonials from Current Agents & Exam Tips
John Keene (Broker Owner)
I personally used a program on a CD; wrote important real estate terms and definitions on 3x5 index cards and categorized them into main study areas
e.g. Contracts. Take lots of different practice test to get a variety of how questions can be worded differently. Make sure you enroll in a school with outstanding teachers even if it costs a little more.
Terri Keene (Broker Owner)
I studied hard but took good notes because I found if I write something down I recall it well; get lots of sleep; schedule your test as soon as possible after school; take lots of different tests; when you get into the actual test questions will be worded differently than the ones you took in class; lastly eat well because the test will drain you of energy; talk to your immediate family and get their support.
Sandra (Broker)
Take the test as soon as possible after the school is over; studying I just used the book but the CD helped a lot. But only used the CD to take tests and used the text for reading; the test is confusing because there seemed to be more than one answer. I used weekends to study by setting it aside to do nothing but that.
